Deadline of The Project;
The duration of projects supported within the scope of the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691 is determined in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. In this context, in accordance with the relevant law and implementation regulations, the maximum duration of a project is limited to 36 months (three years). Therefore, the total duration of projects to be presented or carried out within this scope cannot exceed 36 months.
R&D Quality;
The nature of R&D means that the project should be a whole of studies that will contribute to the existing knowledge, include innovation, contain technical risks and be carried out systematically. In this context, only routine engineering activities, standard applications or commercialization-oriented processes cannot be considered within the scope of R&D. Headline of The Project;
The headline of the project, should reflect the content of the project clearly and understandably; it should be short, concise and appropriate to the project purpose. The headline should summarize the main subject of the project and should be chosen to create a correct first impression on the reader.
İnformation of Personnels;
Information about the personnel who will be included in the project application must be,correct, current and complete. It's mandatory to clearly state information such as the name, surname, job title, role within the project, term of office and working hours of each project personnel.
Budget of The Project;
The budget requested within the scope of the project is in accordance with the objectives and activities of the project must be,uyumlu, realist and justified. Each item in the budget must be directly related to the activities to be carried out during the project and must be prepared within the framework of appropriate expenditure types specified in the legislation.
Machinery Equipment;
Machinery and equipment purchases included in the project budget should only be directly supporting the R&D activities to be carried out within the scope of the project. This equipment should be directly associated with the objectives of the project and explained in detail with its technical justification. All equipment requests to be submitted within this scope should be clearly documented together with its function, technical specifications, intended use and role within the project.

Proje kapsamında talep edilen fiziksel alanların, proje faaliyetlerine hizmet edecek şekilde rasyonel, gerekçeli ve mevzuata uygun biçimde sunulması beklenmektedir.
Başvuru Ekleri;
Başvuru sistemine yanlış, eksik veya ilgisiz belgelerin yüklenmesi, başvurunun değerlendirme sürecini olumsuz etkileyebileceği gibi, başvurunun geçersiz sayılmasına da neden olabilir. Bu nedenle, her bir ek belgenin doğru dosya formatında, ilgili başlık altında ve içeriğine uygun şekilde adlandırılarak yüklenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır.
Projenin Çevreye Etkileri;
Proje başvurusu kapsamında, planlanan faaliyetlerin çevre üzerindeki olası etkileri açık ve detaylı şekilde değerlendirilmelidir. Proje süresince ortaya çıkabilecek atık üretimi, enerji ve su tüketimi, emisyonlar, doğal kaynak kullanımı ve diğer çevresel riskler, proje dokümanlarında net olarak belirtilmelidir.
