Project Evaluation Criteria

• Each R&D or Design project to be carried out in the Region by entrepreneurs/companies wishing to operate in the Mersin Agropark Technology Development Zone will be evaluated by the Project Evaluation Board. The projects subject to application will be evaluated according to the following criteria: Project duration should be maximum 36 months, Project’s contribution to technological accumulation, Project outputs’ commercialization potential, Project’s potential to substitute imported products, Project’s environmental impacts, Regional companies and university-industry cooperation potential in project implementation processes, Completion/execution/completion capabilities of companies in past projects, Project personnel’s competence/competence, Project’s ability to produce new projects in the Region, Similar projects carried out by the company in the past, Project content and output’s contribution to production costs, quality or standards, Project outputs’ patent/utility model potential, Project’s compliance with the expectations of the target audience.
• Projects subject to application will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
• The deadline of project have to be 36 months,
• Contribution of the project to technological accumulation
• The potential of project outputs open to marketting,
• The project's potential to substitute imported products,
• Enviromental impact of projects,
• Potential for regional companies and university-industry cooperation in project implementation processes,
• The companies' ability to complete/execute/completion projects in the past,
• Adequacy/competence of project personnel,
• The proposed project has the ability to produce new projects in the Region,
• The similar projects company has developed 
• The contribution of project content and output to production costs, quality or standards,
• Patent/utility model potential of project outputs,
• The suitability of the project to the expectations of the target audience.
